This is my go-to bass since the day I've bought this one. In fact, with this bass I've re-discovered the joy of playing for hours and hours.

My Lakland Darryl Jones 5 is very light (great for long gigs) and the neck is a pure joy to play. Each time I pick it up I feel like a kid playing for the first time. It looks, feels and sounds great!

This is a 2006 model. I changed the pickups and put Joe Barden's in it.
